i love vegan food 馃嵅




This photo is full of flavor. It represents a typical Chilean dish, it is "beans with mazamorra and Chilean salad". For its preparation you need beans, corn, pumpkin, paprika, garlic, basil, onion, tomato, oil and seasoning. First the beans are boiled in water with the pumpkin and the basil is added.  Then, in a frying pan fry the onion, garlic, paprika and seasonings. The corn is processed until it forms a paste, and it is added to the beans. This should be stirred. To prepare the salad, cut the onion into feathers and the tomato, season to taste.

I like this food because it is very delicious and in my house it is prepared on a recurring basis, with the salad it becomes a work of art. It is very important for my health because I follow a vegan diet and it provides me with many nutrients and proteins.  I them recoment absoluty.
